Admissions, Discharge, and Transfer. (ADT) system. The Department reserves the right to select an ADT system to be used by all MCOs within the State. Contractor must implement and integrate the Department’s ADT system once determined by the Department. The Department will provide one hundred eighty (180) days’ notice to Contractor, in writing, prior to the requirement of this section 5.11.3 being in effect.‌‌
