Admit to Benefit. Subject to Section 6.5, no person other than the Debtor and the Beneficiaries shall have any rights or benefits under this Agreement, nor is it intended that any such person gain any benefit or advantage as a result of this Agreement nor shall this Agreement constitute a subordination of any security in favour of such person.
