Common use of Adoption of Alternative Contract Clause in Contracts

Adoption of Alternative Contract. If an Alternative Contract is adopted in accordance with clause 4.3, this agreement will terminate from the date of such adoption. The provisions of clauses 21.4 to 21.8 also apply to a termination of this agreement under this clause 4.4.
