Adoption of Budgets. At each annual meeting, the Participants Committee shall adopt a NEPOOL budget for the ensuing calendar year. In adopting budgets the Participants Committee shall give due consideration to the budgetary requests of each committee. The Participants Committee may modify any NEPOOL budget from time to time after its adoption.
