Modification of Budget. Upon written approval of COUNTY, SUBRECIPIENT shall transfer allocated program funds from one category of the overall program BUDGET to any other category of the overall BUDGET. No such transfer may be made without the express prior written approval of COUNTY. A modification of the BUDGET may include the addition of any new BUDGET category.

D) The Administrator will grant a reallocation of funds when it determines that funds will be used for allowable expenses consistent with the funded services. E) The Administrator shall inform the Grantee of its decision within 30 days after receipt of a request.

Subrecipient shall be accountable to County for the proper use of funds provided to Contractor pursuant to this Contract and for the performance of all work (e.g., Services as identified in the and Scope of Services) pursuant to this ContractContractor shall provide the oversight, administration, and project management necessary to accomplish all contracted activities in a timely manner. Contractor also agrees to comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations governing the funds provided under this Contract.
