Common use of Adoption of Zoning Map Amendment Clause in Contracts

Adoption of Zoning Map Amendment. Concurrently with the enactment of the Annexation Ordinance, the City will adopt one or more ordinances zoning the Property in the manner set forth in Schedule 2 (Special Terms). The zoning adopted pursuant to this Agreement shall remain in effect unless thereafter amended in accordance with applicable law.
