Adot Products. a. ADOT shall provide the Consultant with the ADOT-developed software for the sole purpose of completing this Contract, as set forth in the Site License Contract, which includes a detailed list of software that shall be provided to the Consultant. The software shall be provided to the Consultant solely for the purpose of completing this Contract and for no other purposes. ADOT-developed software including manuals, electronic information, programs, and associated materials remains the property of ADOT.
