Common use of ADRR Clause in Contracts

ADRR. A Relevant Dispute shall be referred for resolution in accordance with the Access Dispute Resolution Rules in force at the time of the reference (the "ADRR"), as modified by this clause 13, unless: (a) any Part of the Network Code or the Traction Electricity Rules provides for an alternative dispute resolution procedure for the Relevant Dispute, in which case such alternative procedure shall apply; (b) any Part of Schedule 4, Schedule 5, Schedule 7 or Schedule 8 provides for an alternative dispute resolution procedure for the Relevant Dispute, in which case such alternative procedure shall apply; or (c) clause 13.2 applies.

ADRR. A Relevant Dispute shall be referred for resolution in accordance with the Access Dispute Resolution Rules in force at the time of the reference (the "ADRR"), as modified by this clause Clause 13, unless: (a) any Part of the Network Code or the Traction Electricity Rules provides for an alternative dispute resolution procedure for the Relevant Dispute, in which case such alternative procedure shall apply; (b) any Part of Schedule 4, Schedule 5, Schedule 7 or Schedule 8 provides for an alternative dispute resolution procedure for the Relevant Dispute, in which case such alternative procedure shall apply; or (c) clause Clause 13.2 applies.
