ADULT AND CHILD ABUSE. CONTRACTOR warrants that it is knowledgeable of current State Elder, Dependent and Child abuse reporting laws and regulations. CONTRACTOR shall ensure that all current required documentation will be completed within mandated timeframes and make such forms available for COUNTY’S inspection.
