ADULT XXXXXX CARE HOME PROVIDER RESPONSIBILITIES. Notwithstanding information listed in Section 2 of this Article, the Adult Xxxxxx Care Provider continues to be responsible for the following prior to any private or public placement into the home: conducting and documenting their own screening and assessment of the resident’s needs in accordance with the rules to determine the Provider’s capability to support the individual; obtaining the approval of the individual’s case manager or CDDP prior to any admission; and to not accept any placement until all necessary information is available to provide care.
