User Responsibilities i. Users are required to follow good security practices in the selection and use of passwords;
ii. Users shall ensure that unattended equipment is protected; and
iii. Users shall adopt a clear desk policy for papers and removable storage media and a clear screen policy for information processing facilities.
User Responsibilities. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your Account. You are responsible for any use of any payment instrument (e.g., your digital wallet) initiated or enabled by or through your Account. You may not share your Account or password with anyone, and you agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your password or any other breach of security. If you provide any information (including without limitation Registration Data) that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, or we have reasonable grounds to suspect that any information you provide is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your Account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Services (or any portion thereof). You agree not to create an Account using a false identity or information, or on behalf of someone other than yourself, except to the extent expressly permitted by us in writing. We reserve the right to remove or reclaim any usernames at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to, claims by a third party that a username violates the third party’s rights. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, you acknowledge and agree that you shall have no ownership or other property interest in your Account, and you further acknowledge and agree that all rights in and to your Account are and shall forever be owned by and inure to our benefit.
User Responsibilities. Personnel and where appropriate other internal users, will need to be made aware of their responsibilities towards maintaining effective access controls e.g. choosing strong passwords and keeping them confidential.
User Responsibilities. To protect against unauthorized access or misuse of Confidential Information residing on Supplier Information Processing Systems, Supplier will:
(a) Ensure access to systems and applications storing or transmitting Company Data or Confidential Information is limited to only those individuals whose job requires such access based on a need-to-know;
(b) Ensure that Supplier Information Processing Systems users follow industry standard security practices and in the selection and use of strong passwords;
(c) Ensure that unattended equipment has appropriate protection to prohibit access and use by unauthorized individuals;
(d) Ensure that Confidential Information contained at workstations, including but not limited to paper and on display screens is protected from unauthorized access.
User Responsibilities. (i) User is responsible and liable for all uses of the Platform resulting from access provided to User, directly or indirectly, whether such access or use is permitted by or in violation of this Agreement. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, User is responsible for all acts and omissions of Authorized Users, and any act or omission by an Authorized User that would constitute a breach of this Agreement if taken by User will be deemed a breach of this Agreement by User. User shall use reasonable efforts to make all Authorized Users aware of this Agreement’s provisions as applicable to such Authorized User’s use of the Platform, and shall cause Authorized Users to comply with such provisions.
(ii) User is responsible for supplying access to all data necessary to make use of the Platform, including NOBO and/or SPR data. User agrees to provide all the necessary documents requested by the Company to grant them access to said data.
(iii) User is responsible for complying with all federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations, judgments, decrees, orders including securities laws related to the User’s securities and as applicable to User and its securities.
User Responsibilities. OneStream will:
(i) Restrict access to systems and applications storing or transmitting Customer Data by OneStream to only those individuals whose role requires such access based on need-to-know and need-to-access;
(ii) Require screen timeout, screen locking, and other industry-standard measures to be used with respect to OneStream workstations used to access or process Customer;
(iii) Submit a written request for the access to Customer Data and receive consent for the access;
(iv) Implement policies prohibiting OneStream personnel from sending, uploading, removing on portable media, or otherwise transferring Customer Data to a non-OneStream system (other than a system used by OneStream under contract to provide storage and computing resources) except where Customer directs, or consent to, such activity.
User Responsibilities. You shall use the Service and Website for a lawful purpose and comply with all the applicable laws while using the Website; • You shall not upload, any content on the website that: • Defamatory, infringes any trademark, copyright, or any proprietary rights of any person or affects anyone’s privacy, contains violence or hate speech, including any sensitive information about any person. • You shall not use or access the Website for collecting any market research for some competing business; • You shall not misrepresent or impersonate any person or entity for any false or illegal purpose; • You shall not use any virus, hacking tool for interfering in the operation of the Website or data and files of the Website; • You will not use any device, scraper, or any automated thing to access the Website for any purpose without taking permission from us. • You will inform us about anything that is inappropriate or you can inform us if you find something illegal on the website; • You will not interfere with or try to interrupt the proper operation of the Website through the use of any virus, device, information collection or transmission mechanism, software or routine, or access or try to gain access to any data, files, or passwords connected to the Website through hacking, password or data mining, or any other means; • You will not cover, obscure, block, or in any way interfere with any advertisements and/or safety features (e.g., report abuse button) on the Website; • You will not take any action that levies or may levy (in our sole decision) an unreasonable or unreasonably big load on our technical arrangement; and • You will let us know about the unsuitable content of which you become aware. If you discover something that infringes any law, please let us know, and we’ll review it. • Although we’re not obligated to monitor access to or use of the Services or Content or to review or edit any Content, we have the right to do so to operate the Services, to ensure compliance with these Terms, and to comply with applicable law or other legal requirements. We reserve the right, in our sole and absolute discretion, to deny you access to the Website or any service, or any portion of the Website or service, without notice, and to remove any content.
User Responsibilities. To protect against unauthorized access or misuse of Sensitive Information residing on Service Provider Information Processing Systems, Service Provider will: Ensure that Service Provider Information Processing Systems users follow current security practices in the selection and use of sufficiently strong passwords. Ensure that unattended equipment has appropriate protection to prohibit access and use by unauthorized individuals. Ensure that Sensitive Information contained at employee workstations, including but not limited to paper and media display screens, is protected from unauthorized access and/or utilizes Data Masking.
User Responsibilities. 3.1 User shall:
(a) submit to SRSB a report which must contain all pertinent information in English, including User Site ID, Software/Revision number, operating system/version, platform, problem description, log files/test case and problem severity for each problem reported to SRSB; and
3.2 User shall further:
(a) provide dial-in remote access at SRSB’s request as so required for the purpose of the Software Maintenance;
(b) ensure that the Software is used in accordance with applicable laws, regulations and operating instructions and only by persons who are competent and authorised to use the same;
(c) ensure that no person, except SRSB’s authorised representatives, shall modify, repair, replace or change the working order, function and quality of the Software;
(d) give SRSB’s representatives full and free access to the Place of Installation for the purpose of the Software Maintenance; and
(e) give SRSB such assistance as SRSB may reasonably require for the Software Maintenance, including provision of information, data, files and rights to access and use of any equipment, hardware or software.
User Responsibilities. 7.1 The User is responsible for adhering to all requirements of this Agreement and with the attached Regulations.
7.2 The User is responsible for the orderly conduct of all persons in attendance at the event.
7.3 All food prepared at the XX Xxxxxx Community Centre is the responsibility of the User. The User must use Safe Food Serving Practices. The Town of Dalmeny takes no responsibility for food service.
7.4 The User is responsible for returning the Centre to a good and clean condition following the event, including but not being limited to:
(a) The cleaning of all rooms used: bathrooms, kitchen, dance floor, entrance, back room, coat room, etc.
(b) Removal of bottles, paper cups, decorations, etc.
(c) Cleaning and putting away any dishes, pots/pans, flatware, etc. that were used.
(d) Wiping off and drying the tables and chairs.
(e) Stacking all tables and putting them on trolleys in the back room.
(f) Stacking chairs and putting them in the back room (taped area on floor).
(g) Bagging all garbage and placing it in the Xxxxxx disposal garbage bin located outside the east doors.
(h) Sweeping and washing all floors (kitchen, hall and washrooms)
(i) Flushing all toilets and urinals.
7.5 All cleanup and restoration must be completed by the time specified by the Town. Unless otherwise notified prior to the commencement of the booking, the specified till will be 10:00 am the following day.
7.6 If the Town should determine that further cleaning is required after the Centre is vacated by the User, the User will be charged for all costs of cleanup, with a minimum fee of $50.00 being payable.
