Common use of Advance Request Clause in Contracts

Advance Request. Borrower shall: (a) deliver to Lender, at least five (5) business day prior to the Advance Date, written notice in the form of an Advance Request, or as otherwise specified by Lender from time to time, specifying the date and amount of such Advance. (b) deliver executed original Note(s) and Warrant Agreements as set forth in Section 2, as applicable. (c) such other documents as Lender may reasonably request.
