Advanced Academics. ‌‌ When advanced academic students are in general education classes, it is the responsibility of the District to provide and the employee to adapt the instructional materials to meet the needs of the student/s.‌ At the employee’s request, support - including professional development, will be provided to assist in meeting the needs of advanced academic students through the Office of Teaching and Learning.‌

  • Outpatient Dental Anesthesia Services This plan covers anesthesia services received in connection with a dental service when provided in a hospital or freestanding ambulatory surgical center and: • the use of this is medically necessary; and • the setting in which the service is received is determined to be appropriate.   • Orally Administered Anticancer Medication In accordance with RIGL § 27-20-67, prescription drug coverage for orally administered anticancer medications is provided at a level no less favorable than coverage for intravenously administered or injected cancer medications covered under your medical benefit.

  • Professional Development; Adverse Consequences of School Exclusion; Student Behavior The Board President or Superintendent, or their designees, will make reasonable efforts to provide ongoing professional development to Board members about the adverse consequences of school exclusion and justice-system involvement, effective classroom management strategies, culturally responsive discipline, appropriate and available supportive services for the promotion of student attendance and engagement, and developmentally appropriate disciplinary methods that promote positive and healthy school climates, i.e., Senate Bill 100 training topics. The Board will conduct periodic self-evaluations with the goal of continuous improvement. New Board Member Orientation The orientation process for newly elected or appointed Board members includes:

  • Dimensions Education Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience. A minimum of 10 years of IT and business/industry work experience, with at least 3 years of leadership experience in managing multiple, large, cross-functional teams or projects, and influencing senior level management and key stakeholders. Requires advanced technical and business knowledge in software development life cycle, quality assurance, project management and other related disciplines/processes.

  • RESERVATIONS TO MANAGEMENT 6.01 The Union recognizes the right of the Employer to direct the workforce, to promote, demote, transfer or discharge. 6.02 The Union further recognizes the right of the Employer to operate and manage its business in all respects. 6.03 The Employer also reserves the right to supplement and alter, from time to time, reasonable rules and regulations to be observed by the employees. 6.04 Such management rights shall be exercised in a manner which shall not be inconsistent with the terms of the Agreement.
