Advanced Notice Retirement Incentive. 7.1 The annuity and severance provisions described in this Article shall not be retroactive and shall cover only those teachers who retire within the duration of this contract. For the purposes of this Article, an employee's retirement age shall be defined as the employee's age on June 1 of the year the teacher retires. Refer to Section 7.19 for the exception to this paragraph.
