Advancement to the CRSC. Given the serious nature of workplace complaints involving issues of harassment, discrimination and workplace violence, both the Company and the Union agree that such concerns are not appropriately resolved through peer review procedures like the Fairness Committee or the Reinstatement Vote Process. Instead, such issues will be promptly investigated by the Company and any issues in dispute will be advanced directly to the Concern Resolution subcommittee of the Concern Resolution Process.
