The Borrower will not, and will not permit any of its Restricted Subsidiaries to make loans or advances to, guarantee any obligations of, or make, retain or have outstanding any investments (whether through purchase of Equity Interests or debt obligations) in, any Person or enter into any partnerships or joint ventures, or purchase or own a futures contract or otherwise become liable for the purchase or sale of currency or other commodities at a future date in the nature of a futures contract (all of the foregoing, collectively, “investments”), except that this Section shall not prevent:
