Common use of ADVERTISEMENT AND PROMOTIONS Clause in Contracts

ADVERTISEMENT AND PROMOTIONS. Customer agrees that when promoting fireworks performed by PYRO SHOWS, Customer will name PYRO SHOWS as the fireworks provider in promotional advertising media. Customer agrees to allow PYRO SHOWS to use Xxxxxxxx’s name as Customer.

ADVERTISEMENT AND PROMOTIONS. Customer agrees to state that when promoting fireworks performed display is being provided by PYRO SHOWSSHOWS in all advertisements and promotions. Furthermore, Customer will name PYRO SHOWS as the fireworks provider in promotional advertising media. Customer agrees to allow PYRO SHOWS to use Xxxxxxxx’s sponsors name as Customerand/or logo in PYRO SHOWS list of clients and any Pyro Shows advertisements and promotions.
