ADVERTISEMENTS AND PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS. Neither Broker/Dealer nor Insurance Agency shall use any advertisements or promotional materials unless a designated principal of Broker/Dealer shall have approved such advertisements and promotional materials prior to their distribution to ensure that they are in compliance with federal and state securities laws and NASD rules. Broker/Dealer shall assume full responsibility for all such advertisements and promotional materials, and all such materials shall be deemed to be Broker/Dealer's materials.
