The second sentence of Section 3.2.11 of Exhibit I is deleted and replaced with the following: “Prior to the Migration of such Customer, Microsoft agrees to use Advertiser Data supplied by Yahoo! for such Customer for the sole purposes of planning and executing the Migration of such Customer and the Migration generally in the countries to which such Advertiser Data applies.”
Advertiser Data. Some features on Search Ads allow You to provide information about Your customers, products, and services to Apple (“Advertiser Data”) in order to use Targeting. Search Ads may use Your Advertiser Data for the sole purpose of fulfilling Your targeting request. You understand and agree that You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of Your Advertiser Data (subject to the Apple Warranty herein), that You undertake that You will only use the Advertiser Data via the Services where you have lawful, permitted purposes and You will remove the Advertiser Data if You no longer intend to use such data in connection with a Campaign.
Advertiser Data. As part of the Campaign initiation process and from time to time during the Campaign, Advertiser will provide certain information to CCNJ (the “Advertiser Data”), which CCNJ will input into one or more third party web-based marketing platforms (the “Platform”). Accordingly, Advertiser hereby permits CCNJ to input Advertiser Data, including, without limitation, Advertiser contact information, credit card or ACH information and Campaign information, into the Platform. CCNJ will only use such information in connection with the fulfillment of the Standard Marketing Services and as otherwise permitted by the Order and this Agreement. In addition, CCNJ may, from time to time, send Advertiser emails regarding Platform updates, Campaign updates, payment reminders, and marketing opportunities relating to CCNJ and its commercial partners. Advertiser agrees to receive such emails.
Advertiser Data. During PARTNER’S use and access of the I▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ Technology, I▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ will provide PARTNER with access to relevant (and limited) Advertiser Data concerning the Actions referred to the Advertiser by PARTNER. Such Advertiser Data is the Advertiser’s Confidential Information, and its use is subject to the terms of this Agreement and the Partner Contracts.
