Advertising and Promotion. A party shall not engage in any advertising or promotional activity that refers to the other party without receiving the written consent of the other party prior to publication or announcement. The Investment Manager shall however be entitled to disclose the Customer’s name and the size of the Account Assets in the client listings and other similar material.
