Conformity with Applicable Laws. The Parties are aware of the importance of the Contract DBS Test Kits’ conformity with Applicable Laws, in particular the informed consent forms’ conformity with applicable data protection and gene diagnostic laws in each agreed country of the Territory as well as in the country where the Diagnostic Testing Services are performed. To ensure conformity with Applicable Laws in the Territory, Centogene will perform initial reviews and Yearly Reviews pursuant to Section 5.5, the costs of such reviews to be borne by the Parties pursuant to the provisions under Section 8.4.
