ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL PROGRAMS TO CUSTOMERS. The Agent shall provide Customers with detailed information concerning the advertising and promotional programs of Roundup Products and facilitate the use by its Customers of such programs to the fullest extent possible (as set forth in the Annual Business Plan).
