Advertising and Public Relations. Distributor may advertise Software -------------------------------- in appropriate periodicals and in a manner insuring proper and adequate publicity for Software. Each time Distributor places any such advertising in any periodical, Distributor shall provide Xxxxxx.xxx with notice (pursuant to Section 17.8 below) that Distributor has done so, specifying the name and date of the applicable periodical.
