Common use of Advertising and Related Materials Clause in Contracts

Advertising and Related Materials. (a) Advertising and literature with respect to the Funds prepared by AISI or the Nominee or its agents for use in marketing shares of the Funds to the Plans shall be submitted to Distributor for review and approval before such material is used with the general public or any Plan, Plan Representative, or Participant. Distributor shall advise the submitting party in writing within ten (10) Business Days of receipt of such materials Distributor of its approval or disapproval of such materials.
