Common use of Advertising Leased Premises Clause in Contracts

Advertising Leased Premises. The Tenant shall not advertise or allow the Leased Premises or a portion thereof to be advertised as being available for assignment, sublease or otherwise without the prior written approval of the Landlord as to the form, size, content and location of such advertisement, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, provided that no such advertising shall contain any reference to the Rent for the Leased Premises.
