Advertising Material. During the term of this Agreement, Principal Underwriter or its Affiliates shall be responsible for providing and approving all promotional, sales and advertising material to be used by Broker. Principal Underwriter shall file such materials or shall cause such materials to be filed with the SEC, FINRA, and any state securities or insurance regulatory authorities, as required by Applicable Law.
