Advertising Materials; Filed Documents. (a) Advertising and sales literature with respect to the Fund prepared by Aetna or its agents for use in marketing its Contracts (except any material that simply lists the Funds’ names) shall be submitted to the Distributor for review and approval before such material is used with the general public or any Plan. Distributor shall advise the submitting party in writing within three (3) Business Days of receipt of such materials of its approval or disapproval of such materials.
