Common use of ADVERTISING OR PUBLICATION Clause in Contracts

ADVERTISING OR PUBLICATION. Neither Vendor nor any of its subcontractors or affiliates shall cause or allow the name of UF or any UF logo or xxxx (or any variation thereof), or that of any of its schools, departments, or employees to be used in any advertising or promotional literature, electronic or otherwise, or in any publication whatsoever, without the prior written approval of UF. Except with the prior written consent of the other party, no party shall make any press or media announcement concerning the Agreement. In the case of UF, consent must be provided by its Office of Strategic Communications and Marketing.
