Common use of Advertising Prohibition Clause in Contracts

Advertising Prohibition. Provider is prohibited from leasing, renting, using or selling Student Data to (a) market or advertise to students or families/guardians; (b) inform, influence, or enable marketing, advertising or other commercial efforts by a Provider; (c) develop a profile of a student, family member/guardian or group, for any commercial purpose other than providing the Service to LEA; or (d) use the Student Data for the development of commercial products or services, other than as necessary to provide the Service to the LEA. This section does not prohibit Provider from using Student Data for adaptive learning or customized student learning purposes.

Advertising Prohibition. Provider is prohibited from leasing, renting, using or selling Student Data to (a) market or advertise to students or families/guardians; (b) inform, influence, or enable marketing, advertising Washington Student Data Privacy Agreement V 1.0 4 advertising, or other commercial efforts by a Provider; (c) develop a profile of a student, family member/guardian or group, for any commercial purpose other than providing the Service to LEA; or (d) use the Student Data for the development of commercial products or servicesServices, other than as necessary to provide the Service to the LEA. This section does not prohibit Provider from using Student Data for adaptive learning or customized student learning purposes.

Advertising Prohibition. Provider is prohibited from leasing, renting, using or selling Student Data (except as permitted by Provider’s Privacy Policy) to (a) market or advertise to students or families/guardians; (b) inform, influence, or enable marketing, advertising advertising, or other commercial efforts by a Provider; (c) develop a profile of a student, family member/guardian or group, for any commercial purpose other than providing the Service to LEA; or (d) use the Student Data for the development of commercial products or services, other than as necessary to provide the Service to the LEA. This section does not prohibit Provider from using Student Data for adaptive learning or customized student learning purposes.

This section does not prohibit Provider from using Student Data for adaptive learning or customized student learning purposes.

Provider is prohibited from leasing, renting, using or selling Student Data to (a) market or advertise to students or families/guardians; (b) inform, influence, or enable marketing, advertising or other commercial efforts by a Provider; (c) develop a profile of a student, family member/guardian or group, for any commercial purpose other than providing the Service to LEA; or (d) use the Student Data for the development of commercial products or services, other than as necessary to provide the Service to LEA unless it fits into the LEAde-identified information exception in Article IV, Section 4. This section does not prohibit Provider from using Student Data for adaptive learning or customized student learning purposes.

Provider is prohibited from leasing, renting, using or selling Student Data to (a) market or advertise adve1iise to students or families/guardians; (b) inform, influence, or enable marketing, advertising adve1tising, or other commercial efforts by a Provider; (c) develop a profile of a ofa student, family member/guardian or group, for any commercial purpose other than providing the Service to LEA; or (d) use the Student Data for the development of commercial ofcommercial products or services, other than as necessary to provide the Service to the LEA. This section does not prohibit Provider from using Student Data for adaptive learning or customized student learning purposes.

Except for marketing and advertising which is present within the Provider Product, Provider is prohibited from leasing, renting, using or selling Student Data to (a) market or advertise to students or families/guardians; (b) inform, influence, or enable marketing, advertising advertising, or other commercial efforts by a Provider; (c) develop a profile of a student, family member/guardian or group, for any commercial purpose other than providing the Service to LEA; or (d) use the Student Data for the development of commercial products or services, other than as necessary to provide the Service to the LEA. This section does not prohibit Provider from using Student Data for adaptive learning or customized student learning purposes.

Advertising Prohibition. Provider is prohibited from leasing, renting, using or selling Student Data to (a) market or advertise to students or families/guardians; (b) inform, influence, or enable marketing, advertising advertising, or other commercial efforts by a Provider; (c) develop a profile of a student, family member/guardian or group, for any commercial purpose other than providing the Service to LEA; or (d) use the Student Data for the development of commercial products or services, other than as outlined herein or as necessary to provide the Service to the LEA. This section does not prohibit Provider from using Student Data for adaptive learning or customized student learning purposes.

Advertising Prohibition. Provider is prohibited from leasing, renting, using or selling Student Data to (a) market or advertise to students or families/guardians; (b) inform, influence, or enable marketing, advertising advertising, or other related commercial efforts by a Provider; (c) develop a profile of a student, family member/guardian or group, for any commercial purpose other than providing the Service to LEALEA or in furtherance of K-12 school purposes; or (d) use the Student Data for the development of commercial products or services, other than as necessary to provide the Service to the LEALEA or in furtherance of K-12 school purposes. This section does not prohibit Provider from using Student Data for adaptive learning or customized student learning purposes.

Advertising Prohibition. Provider is prohibited from leasing, renting, using or selling Student Data to (a) market or advertise to students or families/guardians; (b) inform, influence, or enable marketing, advertising advertising, or other commercial efforts by a Provider; (c) develop a profile of a student, family member/guardian or group, for any commercial purpose other than providing the Service to LEA; or (d) use the Student Data for the development of commercial products or services, other than as necessary to provide the Service to the LEA. This section does not prohibit Provider from using Student Data for XXX’s adaptive learning or customized student learning purposes.

Advertising Prohibition. Provider is prohibited from leasing, renting, using or selling Student Data to (a) market or advertise to students or families/guardians; (b) inform, influence, or enable marketing, advertising Vermont Student Data Privacy Agreement V 1.0 5 advertising, or other commercial efforts by a Provider; (c) develop a profile of a student, family member/guardian or group, for any commercial purpose other than providing the Service to LEA; or (d) use the Student Data for the development of commercial products or services, other than as necessary to provide the Service to the LEA. This section does not prohibit Provider from using Student Data for adaptive learning or customized student learning purposes.
