Advertising Requirements I Restrictions. Distributor must have written Company approval all of its advertising, sales, marketing and promotional material in which any of the Products are mentioned. Distributors utilizing any of the Company Trademarks, must use the appropriate trademark notices, copyright notices and trademark designations. Distributor shall maintain a prominent "Website" advertisement and listing of the Products offered by it. The content of this website shall be subject to review and approval by the Company.
