ADVICE OF PROFESSIONALS. Agent shall be entitled to advice of counsel, accountants or other professionals of its selection concerning all matters pertaining to the Loan Documents and its duties under the Loan Documents. Agent is entitled to rely on the advice of its professionals whether or not the advice is correct.
