Common use of Advice Clause in Contracts

Advice. In addition to the GPC, it is specified that: A.2.1. The Supplier guarantees to be an experienced professional in the IT field. The Supplier, in his capacity as a professional specialist in the field, will give the Purchaser all the advice and useful information, send him any warnings about the risks of any kind related to the execution of the Contract.
