Auditor's Reports Promptly upon receipt thereof, a copy of any other report or "management letter" submitted by independent accountants to any Consolidated Party in connection with any annual, interim or special audit of the books of such Person.
Accountants' Reports promptly upon receipt thereof (unless restricted by applicable professional standards), copies of all reports submitted to Company by independent certified public accountants in connection with each annual, interim or special audit of the financial statements of Company and its Subsidiaries made by such accountants, including any comment letter submitted by such accountants to management in connection with their annual audit;
Certain Special Servicer Reports (a) The Special Servicer, for each Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan, shall provide to the Master Servicer and the Paying Agent one (1) Business Day after the Determination Date for each month, the CMSA Special Servicer Loan File in such electronic format as is mutually acceptable to the Master Servicer and the Special Servicer and in CMSA format. The Master Servicer and the Paying Agent may use such reports or information contained therein to prepare its reports and the Master Servicer may, at its option, forward such reports directly to the Depositor and the Rating Agencies.
Financial Statements; Accountants’ Reports; Other Information The Guarantor shall keep and maintain at all times complete and accurate books of accounts and records in sufficient detail to correctly reflect all of the Guarantor’s financial transactions and assets. Servicer Reports The Servicer shall provide monthly reports to the Purchaser pursuant to Section 6.02 in the formats attached hereto as Exhibits 13 and 14, or in such other format as the Servicer, the Purchaser and the Depositor shall agree in writing.
