Advisors, Consultants, and Subcontractors. VRC may utilize the services of advisors, consultants and subcontractors (collectively, “Consultants”) as it deems necessary to carry out the Management Services; provided, however, if the Practice delivers to VRC a good faith and reasonable written objection against the continued utilization of any particular Consultant, VRC shall consider such objection in its good faith discretion.
