Vendors. Any vendors engaged by Tenant to perform services in or to the Premises including, without limitation, janitorial contractors and moving contractors shall be coordinated with any work being performed by or for Landlord and in such manner as to maintain harmonious labor relations and not to damage the Building or the Property or interfere with Building construction or operation and shall be performed by vendors first approved by Landlord.

Vendors. The entity that is in the business of providing a Commodity or service similar to those within the solicitation.
Vendors. The School District contribution and matching employee contribution will be made to a company of the employee’s choice from the ISD 197 list of eligible tax shelter companies, subject to Section 2 of this Article. It shall be the responsibility of the employee to make all arrangements required by the vendor to insure that proper payment is made by the School District.

Vendors. (a) Section 4.28(a) of the Company Disclosure Letter sets forth, as of the date of this Agreement, the top 10 vendors, suppliers and service providers based on the aggregate Dollar value of the Company and its Subsidiariestransaction volume with such counterparty during the trailing twelve (12) months for the period ending December 31, 2022 (the “Top Vendors”). (b) Except as set forth on Section 4.28(b) of the Company Disclosure Letter, none of the Top Vendors has, as of the date of this Agreement, informed in writing the Company or its Subsidiaries that it will, or, to the knowledge of the Company, has threatened to, terminate, cancel, or materially limit or materially and adversely modify any of its existing business with the Company or any of its Subsidiaries (other than due to the expiration of an existing contractual arrangement), and to the knowledge of the Company, none of the Top Vendors is, as of the date of this Agreement, otherwise involved in or threatening a material dispute against the Company or its Subsidiaries or their respective businesses.
Vendors. Choice of vendors for equipment used for virtual collocation shall be under the terms and conditions set forth in the applicable GTE federal and state EIS tariff. Upon request by DTI, GTE shall provide a list of locally qualified vendors approved for the type of equipment to be collocated.

Vendors. A list of all outside vendors, caterers, musicians, photographers, and any other outside professionals must be submitted to the Events Office at least one month before the Event Date.
Vendors. DCH allows the use of vendors, including musicians and florists, by Client in connection with the Event; however, DCH reserves the sole and exclusive right to deny approval of any vendor at DCH’s sole discretion. DCH shall not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by Client as a result of DCH’s refusal to approve any vendor. All vendors' materials are the responsibility of Client and are to be removed at the conclusion of Event. Client is responsible for repairs due to damage occurring in or on the Facility through the acts or omission of Client's vendors.
