Advisor’s Use and Handling of PII. (a) Advisor will only use PII for non-marketing and administrative purposes unless informed in writing by Intermedia of the subset of PII that can be used for marketing purposes. (b) Under no circumstances will Advisor share PII with any person or entity other than Intermedia or the End User. (c) Advisor will implement acceptable physical, technical and managerial safeguards to protect the integrity of any PII that Advisor accesses. All reasonable precautions shall be taken to secure PII from entities and individuals who do not specifically have authorized access. Apart from the End User, the only parties with authorized access are the Advisor and Intermedia.
