Destruction of PII. WBE covenants and agrees to destroy all PII in its possession at the end of the record retention period required under Appendix A. If, upon the termination or expiration of this Agreement, WBE has in its possession PII for which no retention period is specified in Appendix A, such PII shall be destroyed within 30 Days of the termination or expiration of this Agreement. The WBE’s duty to protect and maintain the privacy and security of PII, as provided for in Appendix A of this Agreement, shall continue in full force and effect until such PII is destroyed and shall survive the termination or expiration of this Agreement. WBE acknowledges that the termination or expiration of this Agreement may result in the de-registration of WBE from FFE.
Destruction of PII. Staff Member/Volunteer covenants and agrees to destroy all PII in his or her possession at the end of the record retention period required under Appendix A. Staff Member/Volunteer’s duty to protect and maintain the privacy and security of PII, as provided for in Appendix A of this Agreement, shall continue in full force and effect until such PII is destroyed and shall survive the termination or expiration of this Agreement.
Destruction of PII. CDO covenants and agrees to destroy all PII in its possession at the end of the record retention period required under Appendix A. CDO’s duty to protect and maintain the privacy and security of PII, as provided for in Appendix A of this Agreement, shall continue in full force and effect until such PII is destroyed and shall survive the termination or expiration of this Agreement.
Destruction of PII. SHOP Agent/Broker covenants and agrees to destroy all PII in its possession at the end of the record retention period required under Appendix A. If, upon the termination or expiration of this Agreement, SHOP Agent/Broker has in its possession PII for which no retention period is specified in Appendix A, such PII shall be destroyed within thirty (30) Days of the termination or expiration of this Agreement. SHOP Agent/Broker’s duty to protect and maintain the privacy and security of PII, as provided for in Appendix A of this Agreement, shall continue in full force and effect until such PII is destroyed and shall survive the termination or expiration of this Agreement.
Destruction of PII. All PII accessed or stored by Agency Partner, in any form or on any media, shall be destroyed by Agency Partner upon the occurrence of one of the following events: (i) at the request of NEC within the timeframe specified by NEC in its request (or, if no timeframe is identified by NEC in its request for destruction, then within three (3) business days of Agency Partner’s receipt of such request); (ii) if there is a Material Gross Breach, in which case Agency Partner will destroy PII within twenty-four
Destruction of PII. All PII accessed or stored by Advisor, in any form or on any media, shall be destroyed by Advisor upon the occurrence of one of the following events:
(i) at the request of Intermedia within the timeframe specified by Intermedia in its request (or, if no timeframe is identified by Intermedia in its request for destruction, then within three (3) business days of Advisor’s receipt of such request); (ii) if there is a Material Gross Breach, in which case Advisor will destroy PII within twenty- four (24) hours of such Material Gross Breach; or
(iii) within five (5) business days following termination of this Agreement for anything other than a Material Gross Breach. Destruction shall be accomplished by physical destruction, securely overwriting data or other means of irretrievably deleting PII in accordance with industry standards (“Destruction”). Advisor shall provide written notice to Intermedia at the address identified in Section 6.3(d) that it has complied with this Section 6.3(e) within five (5) business days of Destruction unless an earlier date is requested by Intermedia.
Destruction of PII. Agent shall destroy all PII in Agent’s possession at the end of the record retention period provided in Appendix A. If, upon the termination of this Agreement, Agent possesses PII for which no retention period is specified in Appendix A, Agent shall destroy this PII within 30 days of the termination this Agreement. Agent’s obligations to protect and maintain the privacy and security of PII, as provided in Appendix A of this Agreement, shall continue until the PII is destroyed and shall survive the termination of this Agreement.

All PII accessed or stored by Revenue Share Partner, in any form or on any media, shall be destroyed by Revenue Share Partner upon the occurrence of one of the following events: (i) at the request of NEC within the timeframe specified by NEC in its request (or, if no timeframe is identified by NEC in its request for destruction, then within three (3) business days of Revenue Share Partner’s receipt of such request); (ii) if there is a Material Gross Breach, in which case Revenue Share Partner will destroy PII within twenty-four (24) hours of such Material Gross Breach; or (iii) within five (5) business days following termination of this Agreement for anything other than a Material Gross Breach. Destruction shall be accomplished by physical destruction, securely overwriting data or other means of irretrievably deleting PII in accordance with industry standards (“Destruction”). Revenue Share Partner shall provide written notice to NEC at the address identified in Section 6.3(d) that it has complied with this Section 6.3(e) within five (5) business days of Destruction unless an earlier date is requested by NEC.
Destruction of PII. EDE Entity covenants and agrees to destroy all PII in its possession at the end of the record retention period required under the NEE SSP. EDE Entity’s duty to protect and maintain the privacy and security of PII, as provided for in the NEE SSP, shall continue in full force and effect until such PII is destroyed and shall survive the termination or expiration of this Agreement. This clause will survive expiration or termination of this Agreement.
Destruction of PII. Web-broker covenants and agrees to destroy all PII in its possession at the end of the record retention period required under the NEE SSP, which is consistent with NIST SP 800-88 Rev.
