Advisory Committees. The Board of Directors may establish one or more advisory committees, technical committees or other committees for any purpose.

Advisory Committees. The Board of Directors may establish create one or more advisory committees, technical committees or other advisory bodies and appoint persons to such advisory committees for or bodies who need not be directors. Such advisory committees or bodies may not act on behalf of the Corporation or bind it to any purposeaction but may make recommendations to the Board of Directors.
