Common use of Advisory Non-Voting Members Clause in Contracts

Advisory Non-Voting Members. Individuals having an interest in the work of a particular Standard Consensus Body may apply for participation as observers or advisory non-voting members. The Secretariat, the SC or the sub-committee chair may also select experts to assist it in the standard development process. Advisory members and experts shall be notified of the activities of the Standard Consensus Body, may attend and participate in meetings, and may submit comments for consideration, but shall have no vote.
