Common use of Advisory Clause in Contracts

Advisory. Subject to any directions of the Trustees and in accordance with the investment policies and restrictions of each Portfolio as set out from time to time in the prospectus for the Portfolio, with respect to the investments of the Trust or the assets belonging to any Portfolio of the Trust (as that phrase is defined in subsection (a) of Section 4.3 hereof), to manage such investments and assets, make investment decisions with respect thereto, and to place purchase and sale orders for Portfolio transactions relating to such investments and assets;
