AECS Agreement. The AECS will only apply after the Contracting Retailer has signed an agreement pertaining to the AECS with us and subject to the terms of that agreement (the “AECS Agreement”). Only one alternative eligible credit support arrangement may apply at any time to a Contracting Retailer.
