Common use of Affected Party Clause in Contracts

Affected Party. 11.2.1 An Affected Party means any Party whose performance has been affected by an event of Force Majeure. 11.2.2 Any event of Force Majeure shall be deemed to be an event of Force Majeure affecting the TSP only if the Force Majeure event affects and results in, late delivery of machinery and equipment for the Project or construction, completion, commissioning of the Project by Scheduled COD and/or operation thereafter;
