Affidavit of Title. Seller shall furnish to Buyer at Closing an executed, notarized affidavit of title (“Affidavit of Title”), and any other documents as may be required by the Title Company for the issuance of any ALTA owner’s policy and/or lender’s policy, as the case may be. The Affidavit of Title shall cover the Closing Date.
Affidavit of Title. An affidavit of title in customary form, in form reasonably acceptable to the parties and the Title Company.

Seller and Buyer shall authorize and instruct the Escrow Agent to file, as the “reporting person,” Internal Revenue Service Form 1099- B (“Proceeds from Real Estate, Broker, and Barter Exchange Transactions”), if and as required by Section 6045(d) of the Code. Seller warrants that no notice from any city, village, or other governmental authority of a dwelling code violation that currently exists on 178 the Property has been issued and received by Seller or Seller's agent ("Code Violation Notice"). If a Code Violation Notice is received after the Acceptance Date and 179 before Closing, Seller shall promptly notify Buyer of the Notice.
Affidavit of Title. A notarized affidavit of title, which shall cover the Closing Date.
Affidavit of Title. An Affidavit of Title and nonimputation affidavits in the form, and to the extent reasonably requested by, the Title Company.
Affidavit of Title. At Closing, Seller shall execute and deliver to Purchaser an Affidavit with respect to liens and title matters in substantially the form of EXHIBIT J attached hereto and made a part hereof and otherwise as may be reasonably required by the Title Company.
Affidavit of Title. On the Closing Date, Seller shall deliver to Buyer an affidavit of title sufficient to allow the title insurance company of Buyer and Buyer’s lender to insure against any and all mechanics’ liens and materialmen’s liens, and rights of all parties, other than Buyer and Seller, to possession of all or any part of the Property.
