Common use of Affiliate Agreements Clause in Contracts

Affiliate Agreements. Except as set forth on Schedule 4.20 and other than any Company Benefit Plan (including any employment or option agreements entered into in the ordinary course of business by the Company or any of the Company Subsidiaries), no officer or director of the Company or any Subsidiary of the Company, or any Affiliate of the Company, is a party to any Contract or business arrangement with the Company or any Subsidiary of the Company (each such Contract or business arrangement, an “Affiliate Agreement”).

Affiliate Agreements. Except as set forth on Schedule 4.20 4.21 and other than (i) any Company Benefit Plan (including any employment or option agreements entered into in the ordinary course of business by the Company or its Subsidiaries) or standard employment agreements or offer letters and (ii) any Contract or business arrangement solely among the Company and its Subsidiaries, none of the Company Subsidiaries)Affiliates, no officer stockholders, officers or director directors of the Company or any Subsidiary of the Company, or any Affiliate of the Company, its Subsidiaries is a party to any Contract or business arrangement with the Company or any Subsidiary of the Company its Subsidiaries (each such Contract or business arrangement, an “Affiliate Agreement”).
