Common use of Affiliate Authorization Clause in Contracts

Affiliate Authorization. The Parties acknowledge and agree that Service Orders made under this Agreement may be entered into by an Affiliate of either Party. In the event that an Affiliate of a Party enters into an Order on behalf of Customer or Au10tix, such Affiliate shall be subject to all of the respective obligations of Customer and Supplier under this Agreement, and each Party agrees to be held fully responsible for the performance of this Agreement by its Affiliates.
