Common use of Affiliate Matters Clause in Contracts

Affiliate Matters. The Company is not party to any Contract with any (i) present or former officer or director of the Company or (ii) Affiliate of the Company. No Affiliate of the Company, directly or indirectly, (a) owns any property or right, tangible or intangible, which is used in the business of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, (b) to the Knowledge of the Company, has any claim or cause of action against the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, or (c) other than employment-related arrangements and the payment of compensation and benefits in the ordinary course of business and travel advances and employee loans in the ordinary course of business, owes any money to, or is owed any money by, the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
