Common use of Affiliate Obligations Clause in Contracts

Affiliate Obligations. On or before the Closing Date, except as provided for in this Agreement and any Ancillary Agreements, the Company shall take all actions necessary to cause all Liabilities and obligations of the Group Companies under any Affiliated Transaction, other than those listed in Section 6.14 of the Company Disclosure Schedules, to be terminated in full without any further force and effect and without any cost to or other Liability to or obligations of any Group Company or the SPAC.

Affiliate Obligations. On or before the Closing Date, except as provided for in this Agreement and any Ancillary Agreements, the Company shall take all actions reasonably necessary to cause all Liabilities and obligations of each of the Group Companies under any Affiliated Transaction, other than those listed in Section 6.14 of the Company Disclosure Schedules, Transaction to be terminated in full without any further force and effect and without any cost to or other Liability to or obligations of any Group Company or the SPACany SPAC Party.
