Loyalty Programs. The Parent will, and will cause each of its Subsidiaries to, take all actions necessary to maintain the existence, business and operations of the Carrier Loyalty Programs as in effect on the Closing Date or on terms at least as favorable to the Lenders, as determined by the Appropriate Party in its sole discretion, except as otherwise expressly permitted under this Agreement.
Loyalty Programs. You will not offer any cash-back / value-back or similar programs, other than such programs as are offered on the Operator Websites.
Loyalty Programs. If your account allows you to earn loyalty rewards from a loyalty program operated by a loyalty program provider; you acknowledge the following: • if you already have a loyalty program account with the loyalty program provider, it is your responsibility to provide us with the correct loyalty program account number, or if the number provided does not match any existing account, the loyalty program provider will open a loyalty program account in your name, (or if your account is joint, in the name of one of you selected by the loyalty program provider in its sole discretion); • enrolment is not automatic if you have another CIBC product on which loyalty rewards may be earned; • loyalty rewards will only be awarded to the loyalty program account designed by or opened for you; • for joint accounts, loyalty rewards are credited only to one of you; • the loyalty program provider is not:
Loyalty Programs. In some cases a loyalty program may be provided with a card, in some situations at no additional cost to you. The principal features of any loyalty program will be described in a benefits guide that accompanies the card. If you wish to see a complete set of the terms and conditions that apply to a particular loyalty program you may view them online at the website identified in the benefits guide or you may call one of our Customer Service Representatives at the toll-free number set out in the benefits guide. Loyalty programs may be subject to cancellation or change as provided for in the relevant loyalty program terms.
Loyalty Programs. Home Credit shall exert every effort to come up with loyalty programs to give Home Credit customers and mobile app users a more rewarding experience, which will in turn be beneficial to Merchant in terms of sales and brand awareness.
5.1. Automatic Equal Payment Plan (“AEPP”)
5.1.1. AEPP service enables Home Credit customers to purchase goods from Merchant using their HCCC and pay in installment at zero percent interest.
5.1.2. All Home Credit customers who will purchase products from participating stores of Merchant through their HCCC shall be eligbile to the AEPP service, without cost to the customer, if the single-receipt purchase meets the minimum purchase requirement as agreed by the Parties and provided for in the Notice of Participation.
5.1.3. All eligible HCCC transactions shall automatically be converted by the AEPP service to installment plan at zero percent interest provided that the payment was processed at any of the Merchant’s POS terminals. The conversion shall take effect on transaction posting date.
5.1.4. HCCC transactions that do not meet the conditions set forth above shall not be eligible for the AEPP service and will be treated as a straight retail transaction.
5.1.5. Merchant shall subsidize a percentage of every HCCC transaction that is converted by the AEPP service in accordance with the Notice of Participation.
5.1.6. Monthly billing and settlement instructions for the subsidy amount are outlined in Annex “B”.
5.2. Special Cashback Program (“Cashback”)
5.2.1. Merchant shall extend a cashback in the amount to be agreed by the Parties to all HCC Cardholders or Customer during the promotion period to be agreed by the Parties in the Notice of Implementation.
5.2.2. Eligible Cardholders and Customers are entitled to earn the corresponding cashback rate, in an amount to be agreed by the Parties, for every transaction in the Merchant Branches using their HCC, HC QR Code or other Home Credit products.
5.2.3. Cashback is not transferrable and is not convertible to cash or gift certificates.
Loyalty Programs. CVS will offer a loyalty program at the Pharmacies. CVS’s loyalty program at the Pharmacies will be consistent with its offering at its pharmacies that are not located in the Stores. CVS will use commercially reasonable efforts and work in good faith to facilitate a Target loyalty program at the Pharmacies at the request of Target; provided that offering such program at the Pharmacies complies with Laws and has been approved by the Governance Committee.
Loyalty Programs. From time to time we or a third party may offer a loyalty program with your Card that may be without any cost to you. A description of the terms and conditions relating to any existing loyalty program is included in your Welcome Package. Loyalty programs are subject to additional terms and conditions which may change from time to time and may be cancelled in accordance with their terms. We are not liable for any loyalty programs not provided by us. Any dispute that you have with the loyalty program does not affect your obligation to pay us the full amount of the Total Balance and any other amounts which has been charged to the Account, including interest and any fees, in accordance with the Agreement. You must deal directly with the third party provider to settle any such disputes. By using your Card, you accept the terms and conditions of any loyalty program associated with your Card.
Loyalty Programs.
