Affiliate of a Borrower. (a) Subject to the terms of this Agreement, an Affiliate of a Borrower may with the approval of the relevant Issuing Bank become a borrower (any such Affiliate, an "Affiliate Borrower") with respect to an L/G. An Affiliate of a Borrower which is a party to an Existing L/G will become a borrower if the relevant Existing L/Gs have been rolled as L/Gs into this Agreement.
