Common use of Affiliated Agreements Clause in Contracts

Affiliated Agreements. Except as set forth in Section 5.13 of Schedule A attached hereto, there are no existing or proposed agreements or transactions between Borrower, on the one hand, and Borrower’s members, managers, administrators, trustees, managing members, investors, officers, directors, stockholders, other equity holders, employees, or Affiliates or any members of their respective families, on the other hand.

Affiliated Agreements. Except as set forth in Section 5.13 of Schedule A attached hereto, there are no existing or proposed agreements or transactions between Borrower, on the one hand, and Borrower’s members, managers, administrators, trustees, managing members, investors, officers, directors, stockholders, other equity holders, employees, or Affiliates or any members of their respective families, on the other hand.

Affiliated Agreements. Except as set forth in Section 5.13 of on Schedule A attached hereto5.16 and with respect to the Administration Agreement and the Advisory Agreement, there are no existing or proposed agreements agreements, arrangements, understandings or transactions between Borrower, on the one hand, and Borrower’s members, managers, administrators, trustees, managing members, investors, officers, directors, stockholders, other equity holders, employees, or Affiliates or any members of their respective families, on the other hand.

Affiliated Agreements. Except as set forth in Section 5.13 of on Schedule A attached hereto5.16, there are no existing or proposed agreements agreements, arrangements, understandings or transactions between Borrowereither Borrower Entity, on the one hand, and Borrowersuch Borrower Entity’s members, managers, administrators, trustees, managing members, investors, officers, directors, stockholders, other equity holders, employees, or Affiliates or any members of their respective families, on the other hand.

Affiliated Agreements. Except As of the Closing Date, other than the Loan Documents, except as set forth in Section 5.13 of Schedule A attached heretoA, there are no existing or proposed agreements or transactions between Borrower, on the one hand, and Borrower’s members, managers, administrators, trustees, managing members, investors, officers, directors, stockholders, other equity holders, employees, or Affiliates or any members of their respective families, on the other hand.

Affiliated Agreements. Except with respect to the Tier II Purchase and Sale Agreement and the other Loan Documents and as set forth in Section 5.13 of on Schedule A attached hereto5.15, (i) there are no existing or proposed agreements agreements, arrangements, understandings or transactions between Borrower, on the one hand, and Borrower’s members, managers, administrators, trustees, managing members, investors, officers, directors, stockholders, other equity holders, employees, or Borrower’s Affiliates or any members of their respective families, on the other hand.
